Co-Founder & Managing Director
Elliot leads Loadin Media with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting standout customer experiences. With over 15 years in hospitality, events, and brand creation, including co-founding ventures like Blush Gin, Russell Rum, and the award-winning Roaming Flamingo food truck. Elliot thrives on connecting people with quality and creativity.
As a former MasterChef grand finalist, he’s just as comfortable behind the camera as in front of it, bringing storytelling instincts and visual flair to every project.
At Loadin, Elliot works closely with agents to ensure every shoot, from photography and video to drone and floor-plans is effortless, on-brand, and impactful. His understanding of trust, consistency, and presentation helps Loadin operate like a true extension of your team.
Outside the studio, Elliot also serves as Co-Chair of the Restaurant Association’s Rangatahi Advisory Group, supporting the next generation of creative entrepreneurs.
Co-Founder & Head of Creative
As Head of Creative, Rory brings a rare blend of artistic vision and technical real estate media expertise. With a BA (Hons) in Photography and over five years of experience shooting properties across Auckland, he leads creative direction across every project.
Rory’s signature style, clean, modern, and agent-aligned is shaped by his meticulous eye for light, detail, and composition. Whether he’s behind the camera, flying the drone, or editing in post, he ensures every asset Loadin delivers is purposeful, polished, and designed to perform.
